Analysis of e-Toll Card at Tollgate

My project is about reducing Human effort at the toll gate, this also conveys us that, the card is rechargeable and shows info about the owner and updating them to the cloud. It tracks the senses if the card is not properly scanned. This was my B.Tech Major Project in Embedded Domain using IOT concept.

I used Arduino in my project to control, and Python as my web language to communicate. We reduce Human effort at toll gate by making online process. When an e-toll card is used at toll gate gives you access to customer info and transactions and after successful payment, the gate will be opened and then closes and sends data to customer copy which also includes vehicle plate, Balance amount and Transaction copy for future use, if card fails then alert will be generated and notifies.

Blind Navigation in Indoor Environment

This was my B.Tech Mini project where physically challenged or Blind people are navigated in Indoor environment. By this blind people can move in Home ease without help, sensors will sense the obstacles and intimate user.

Here we used 8051 Microcontroller to automate instructions, we have proximity sensors placed at bottom of hand stick and it senses the obstacles, if there is any obstacle in passby then it alerts using buzzer and in further correction, we can use voice over to help them in guidance.

Design of Low Power 32x32 Novel 4T Memory chip using Hybrid Decoders

This was my M.Tech project which was designed in Cadence Virtuoso tool. The objective is to design and compare memory chip with 4T and 6T Memory chip in terms of Delay, Power with Novel 4T Memory chip and Hybrid Decoders.

Hybrid decoders give fast access by implementing Universal gates despite Basic Gates, this reduced area where Delay has been reduced. Novel 4T structure has a small area which made chip low power by not wasting power dissipation. Hence by this project, obtained both Low power and High-speed Memory chip.
